Rotary Club of Vasco da Gama
Lalit was a charter member of Rotary Club of Dabolim that merged with Rotary Club of Vasco da gama. He is a Paul Harris Fellow, and supports Education projects that have a meaningful impact. Lalit has attended Rotary meetings in three countries.

India@75 is a movement for transforming India initiated by CII, BCG and Dr. C. K. Prahlad. Lalit has conducted numerous brainstorming workshops in Goa, and has been a speaker at numerous events including Goa Economic Summit.
