Client:
A reputed business family wishing to branch out into the tourism sector
The Assignment:
To study the market and establish the scope of setting up a 4- Star hotel in a particular non-metro city.
Scope of Work:
- To study the existing room capacity and tariffs of hotels in the city.
- To study the present demographics of the tourists and business visitors
- To interact with a cross section of tourists and business visitors, chambers of commerce and government authorities to project the growth of business and tourist traffic.
- To establish the Scope of setting up a new 4 - Star hotel
Outcome of the Study:
It was found that there was sufficient potential to establish the new hotel
