More than half of India’s population is younger than 25 years. By 2050, 39% of the U.S. population will be above 65, 53% in Germany and 67% in Japan. In India, only 19% will be above 65.
If India’s young population is well-trained and appropriate jobs are available, this will be an amazing demographic dividend that we can reap.
